Inge has been suffering from psoriasis for two and a half years. At first, the looks of others were just as much of a burden as the constant itching. Through regular discussions with her personal Elisa counselor, Inge was able to regain a positive body image and self-esteem. She is highly motivated to persevere with her therapy.

Helene's pain usually occurs in episodes. Her rheumatoid arthritis was initially limited to the finger joints of her right hand. Unfortunately, other joint areas are now affected - which also makes treatment more complex. If Helene doesn't know whether she's doing everything right, she simply calls Elisa. Preferably by video call.

Sonja has to be particularly careful in everyday life not to trip or get stuck on an obstacle, as even a slight fall can result in broken bones. Her personal Elisa caregiver supports Sonja in adapting to life with osteoporosis in the best possible way in order to maintain her quality of life for as long as possible.
